Order Terms & Conditions
Clear guidelines for bulk material orders, international shipping, and project-based supply.
We supply large-scale construction materials through a container-based logistics model designed for commercial projects across Fiji and the South Pacific. The following terms ensure clear expectations, efficient coordination, and reliable delivery.
Order Requirements
All orders must meet container quantity minimums. We do not offer small retail or partial shipments. Orders are structured for full container loads to ensure cost-effective freight and proper logistics coordination.
Payment Terms
- 70% deposit required to begin production
- 30% balance due prior to shipment
- Payments accepted via wire transfer or ACH only
- Credit cards are not accepted for bulk orders
Production & Lead Times
Typical lead times range from 60–120 days depending on materials, production schedules, and shipping conditions. Estimated timelines are provided at time of quote but may vary.
Shipping & Logistics
Fiji Materials Co. coordinates international shipping, container logistics, and project delivery support for clients across Fiji and the South Pacific. Delivery timelines may be affected by port congestion, customs processing, carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or other factors outside of normal operational control.

Shipping timelines, logistics coordination, delivery scheduling, and project-related costs may vary based on product type, order size, destination location, and site accessibility. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and destination-related charges may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Claims & Damages
- All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Damage or shortages must be documented with photos
- Claims must be noted on delivery paperwork at time of receipt
Returns & Cancellations
All orders are final. Due to the custom, bulk nature of materials, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Container Responsibility
Customers are responsible for timely unloading and return of shipping containers where applicable. Any demurrage, detention, or container return penalties are the responsibility of the customer.
Project-Based Supply
Our services are tailored for commercial developments, resorts, and large-scale infrastructure projects. We are not structured for small individual orders.
Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change based on raw material costs, freight rates, and currency fluctuations until formally accepted.
These terms apply to all quotations, invoices, and material supply agreements issued by Fiji Materials Co.
